Osteoporosis/Osteopenia Management Program

Our Osteoporosis Management Program is designed for individuals with osteoporosis or osteopenia who want to take an active role in protecting their bone health for the long term. This comprehensive program focuses on safe, evidence-based resistance training, targeted weight-bearing exercise, and balance training to help strengthen bones, improve stability, and reduce the risk of future fractures. Dr. Rothman is BoneFit™ trained by the Bone Health & Osteoporosis Foundation, allowing her to provide highly specialized care for these conditions.

In addition to individualized exercise programming, we provide thorough patient education so you understand your diagnosis, learn how to move safely, and build sustainable habits that support lifelong bone health. Whether you’ve recently been diagnosed or have been managing osteoporosis for years, our program empowers you with the tools and confidence to stay strong, active, and independent.

Fall Prevention & Fall Management Program

Our Fall Risk & Fall Management Program is a comprehensive, evidence-informed approach to identifying and addressing the multifactorial causes of falls. We perform an in-depth evaluation of balance systems, lower extremity strength, gait mechanics, fall history, and home safety to develop a highly individualized plan of care.

Interventions include progressive balance and strength training, gait and functional mobility retraining, assistive device and DME prescription and training when indicated, and targeted safety education. The program is designed to reduce modifiable fall risk factors, enhance postural stability, and optimize safe, independent mobility

Scoliosis & Kyphosis Program - Schroth Method

Our Scoliosis & Kyphosis Management Program provides a comprehensive, individualized approach to managing spinal curvature and its functional impact. We begin with a detailed posture, strength, and body mechanics assessment to identify asymmetries and movement patterns contributing to pain or limitation.

Using the Schroth Method, we implement targeted postural correction, therapeutic exercise, and body mechanics training to improve spinal alignment, reduce pain, and enhance mobility—helping persons with scoliosis and/or kyphosis (rounded back) move more efficiently and confidently in daily life.

Chronic Pain Management Program

Our Chronic Pain Management Program takes a personalized, whole-person approach to care. We carefully evaluate how pain is affecting your movement and function, while taking the time to truly listen to your concerns and goals.

Based on your individual needs, we develop a customized plan that may include manual therapy, taping techniques, targeted stretching, strengthening, and mobility exercises. We also provide education in pain science and practical self-management strategies—empowering you to better understand your pain, move with confidence, and regain control of your daily life
